Shatta Wale warns Ghanaians over delivery thefts!!

Ghanaian dancehall artiste and businessman Shatta Wale , also known as Charles Nii Armah Mensah , has taken to Facebook to raise an alarm over an alleged delivery theft involving a ride-hailing service in Ghana. In a post shared today, Shatta Wale expressed deep concern about how some delivery riders pick up customers’ items and later disappear without completing the delivery.  According to him, when victims report such issues, customer service often fails to respond, leaving people stranded and frustrated. Shatta Wale used the incident to highlight the importance of accountability in Ghana’s transport and logistics space.  He explained that with his transport service, SHAXI , customers can hold management directly responsible if anything goes wrong, adding that as a Ghanaian-owned company, SHAXI is more committed to protecting its users.
