UVic Grad’s App Helps People Hunt for Grocery Deals

A recent University of Victoria (UVic) graduate has developed an innovative app that’s making grocery shopping smarter and more affordable for consumers.  Designed to help users find the best deals on food and household items, the app aggregates discounts, promotions, and price comparisons from a variety of local stores and major grocery chains . The idea was born out of the founder’s own experience trying to stretch a limited budget while completing studies at UVic .  Frustrated by the time-consuming task of checking flyers, store apps, and websites for deals, the developer set out to create a single platform where users could quickly discover where their desired products are cheapest.
